Bad attention

I buy this pluging by just $1.oo but there are no documentation according to the service, my website is in production enviroment and the technical team just kidding me and no answer my questions, I could not use it and by the attention I am really upset.

For the team, I am sure they will contact me but I don’t need their apologies, I need them to get to work and resolve their customers’ concerns.
