    I use Local WP to test out development.

    Can Backuply migrate a live site from my server to my Local instance.

    Hello,

    Yes Backuply can be used to migrate your Live website to a Local instance, you can follow this doc https://backuply.com/docs/how-to/how-to-migrate-a-wordpress-site/

    In brief all you need to do is create a backup on Live Site, and then bring that backup on your local instance, either by downloading the backup or creating the backup on remote location that could be synced on the Local instance. And then Click on restore button for that backup on your local instance.
