BackupGuard and gandi

My site is hosted by gandi.net and I am running PHP 5.6 with MySQL 5.6. Per gandi I am unable to alter the max execution time limit to greater than 180. I have full admin rights to db and virtual server but can not alter that setting. I purchased the gold package for cloud backup to migrate to a different domain. Please advise how I should proceed.
