Since the last update in september with the version number 5.0 the plugin seems to rely on Updraft plus in the backup area.
unfortunately the new Updraft plus does not accept my backup file created with All In One Security and Firewall-plugin.
how can I restore my backup file created with All In One Security and Firewall-plugin?

Sorry for inconvenience.
Up to I know AIOS plugin have DB backup option only. It is standard sql zip file which can be restored with phpMyAdmin or any other mysql client extracting that file.
Updraftplus is separate plugin possible to Backup and restore both.
Let me discuss internally and get back to you.

AIOS plugin have DB backup option only. It needs to be restored manually with phpMyAdmin or any other client.
AIOS DB backup can not be restored with Updraft.

If you unzip and upload the .sql file in Updraft it should work.

Updraft only accept .zip files, but it´s not working with AIOS backupfile.
I have to try phpmyadmin, but for this i need support form my IT the next days.

I just come to know Updraft premium only accepts .sql file.
If you have updraft free version you have to try with phpMyAdmin seems.

HI,
After updating to Updraft PRO I had the possibility to upload the SQL file.
But the recovery failed and i crashed wordpress. Now I have white screen of death.
So i cant use the backend anymore.
Im trying to set it up manualy.
