Backup progress freeze for couple hours

    Hi support,

    i started a full backup on my 418MB sized WP page with BackUpWordpress Plugin Version 3.8.
    Its still stuck on the status that is backuping up data now for over 10 hours.

    Currently i have 1.5GB free webspace available … thats most likely not the cause for that stuck backup progress. Any ideas?
