Backup/migration stuck

    Hi all,

    I’ve bought the UpdraftPlus migration add-on and am trying to migrate a woocommerce webshop from one domain to another. I linked my google drive, however it can’t seem to complete the migration/backup. It get’s stuck around 60/70% every time without a clear error message to be seen in the log. I’ve already reduced my split packet size.

    Any quick help would be truly appreciated, I’m on a short deadline and this hasn’t happened to me before with other websites..

    Hi,

    The process appears to have been timed out or killed off by the server. Can you reduce the archive split size to 25mb? Then run another migration.
