    I’ve been unable to back up my client’s website for several weeks. We are getting ready to do some design updates and I’d really like to have a current full backup before starting the process.

    We keep getting this message:

    Oops... Seems there was an issue during the backup process.

    Please, provide us with the backup log file of the last failed backup, so we can see the issue:

    In case you don’t have access to your dashboard, you can download it using FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.
