when i try to login to backup guard it is not showing me any licences at all therefore cant do anything also need to download backup-guard gold plugin as i upgraded

@joray25, you can download your product from the Products section (https://backup-guard.com). You can use the credentials we’ve emailed you after your transaction we’ve received. Didn’t you receive any email from us? Might be you’ve entered an invalid email address?
