Backup failed – free version

    Hello,

    I always do manual backups but once tried to schedule weekly with 0.9.133, then disabled schedule backup again. Since then, all backups (Database + Files (WordPress Files) have failed. Same story goes with 0.9.134. Manual Backup stops at the step “Preparing to dump table wpxv_posts Progress: 13%, running time: 5 min(s)35 second(s)”.

    Note : all subdomains don’t face this backup issue, certainly because i never enabled then disabled the backup schedule feature.

    Hello,

    Please go to WPvivid settings and update the ‘PHP memory limit for a backup task’ to 1024 MB or 2048 MB (ensuring it is larger than the total size of your database) and set the ‘PHP script execution timeout for backup‘ to 300 seconds., then try running the backup again. Afterward, please let us know if the issue is resolved.

    Regarding your note about subdomains not having this problem: is this website a WordPress Multisite setup?

    Hello,

    Wow, thanks a lot. Backup is working again. In settings/advance settings, i changed

    • PHP Memory Limit for backup to 1024 from 256
    • PHP script execution timeout for backup was already set to 300

    Note: no wp multisite setup
