    Hi @robphat

    I think something went wrong with your PHP CLI.

    Please follow these steps:
    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Modify query output: https://prnt.sc/1trxucl (set this value to 100)
    5. Save “Other options” section
    6. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

    It will disable PHP CLI and change backup method.
    Last step will solve issues with double start.

    iClyde, thanks or the super fast reply. I did what you instructed, but that didn’t work. The backup still failed. This site is hosted at Go Daddy (who I really don’t like, but its the client’s account). So do you have any other suggestions to get this plugin to work?

    Hi @robphat

    Actually not, it’s very different.
    Your previous issue is resolved, now the backup started properly.

    Now different issue is visible, your postmeta table is 700 MB large.
    It’s a lot even for a large WordPress site.

    I believe you have a lot of revisions, that were not removed over year or more.

    Please, try to:
    1. Install “Advanced DB Cleanup” plugin
    2. Run full Clean-up with few clicks
    3. In second tab you can also optimize all tables but it’s optional step
    4. Once you do that, back to our plugin settings and enter other options
    5. Let’s try to modify query output again
    – Modify query output: https://prnt.sc/1trxucl (set this value to 450)
    6. Save other options section
    7. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    – You should perform step 7 every time after backup/restore failure.

    Let me know if that pushes the backup forward 🙂

    Yes! That worked. The backup completed. However, it did not restore to the new domain. The error says the backup does not exist under provided url. How do I fix it? Here is the text:

    Hi @robphat

    I think Super-Quick Migration module couldn’t complete the download.
    It may be caused due to timeout of source server.

    By source server I mean the website where you created your backup.

    You can try to enable alternate download:
    1. Go to your source server
    2. Open “Other options” section
    3. Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
    4. Save that section

    5. Now, go to the website where you want to restore your backup
    6. Go to “Other options” section
    7. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    8. Save that section
    9. Force both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

    Once you do that, you can try to run the restoration via URL once again.
    If that won’t work, you may need to download the file and upload it manually.

    To upload your backup, you can use FTP, cPanel or our upload area below backups list.
