    HI, my Backup failed,I cant see any errors except the php cli which I cant find a way to enable.

    Please follow these steps:
    1. Go to “Other options” section
    – Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    – Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    – Modify query output: https://prnt.sc/1trxucl (set this value to 100)
    – Save “Other options” section

    2. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    3. Try to run the backup once again.

    The restoration didn’t start, it failed at download process due to cancellation.

    Please, on the site where you made the backup:
    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w

    Then go to the site where you want to restore your backup:
    1. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Modify query output: https://prnt.sc/1trxucl (set this value to 100 as well)
    4. Try to run the process once again.

    hi, still failed to download, i downloaded and uploaded it to the destination, now it tells me its an invalid backup. Im doing a second backup also to test.

    First via the wp file manager in wordpress then the upload area. When I did via the file manager the plugin didnt pick up the backup, so I then tried the upload method. Downloaded a second copy of the backup and tried to also upload it via the upload section, still tells me its an invalid backup and that it will be deleted.

    Please try to open the backup on your local PC, use 7-Zip or WinRAR.
    Make sure it’s accessible and contains .json file named manifest.

    If the .json file is missing our plugin can’t read the ZIP.
    Also make sure that your backups are displayed on the site where you made them.

    Did it failed on TasteWP site as well?
    Could you please provide me name of the website?

    Hi, the problem must be the source backup, I opened up the zip file and it contains only a wordpress folder in the root, then under that wp-content and its files, nothing else, no json or database file, the source backups dont even apear under the list of backups.     You can do that via File Manager as well.
    I think database backup should generate manifest file without issues.

    Then, I will merge these two backups into one ZIP file.

    HI, sorry for the late reply, I have done as you said and the database backed up with the json and other files, I added them to the original zip and the restore worked, but for some reason all the css effects didnt go over properly, Im going to do another backup like this and restore with my other hosting provider to see how it goes there. I like your plugin and as soon as my business is up and running I will purchase your premium version.

    I managed to merge and restore myself thanks, the css is not major, can easily fix afterward thanks, would just be more convenient if every single detail went over in one go. I still would like to see the full backup work and the download transfer, maybe it is because of the slow provider. I will test on my next migration.
