I can see that you have quite large database, it’s not an issue for the backup in your case, but it may be problematic to restore it later.

It’s highly recommended to clean-up and optimize it from time to time. You can use for that easy and free plugin “Advanced DB Cleanup” – it helps restoration a lot 🙂

For the file backup, please follow these steps:
1. Use these settings in the first section: https://prnt.sc/1s1ocpa
2. Save first section
3. Now, go to “Other options” section
4. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
5. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
6. Modify query output: https://prnt.sc/1trxucl (set this value to 300)
7. Save “Other options” section
8. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
9. Try again
