Backup Failed

    I successfully created a backup at 5:30pm. I’ve updated two themes and 5 plugins since then, including the WP-Staging plugin (to v 4.2.1). Though the site was working fine, I decided to take a second backup at that point before updating the other 5 outdated plugins.

    When the backup finished I received the error report:

    Nothing to worry but there is a glitch…
    This hiccup wasn’t in the plan, but we are on it. We’ll rectify the problem for you, for free!

    And the report code: wpstg-KKdeHQKP-18456

    It’d be good to know everything is okay!

    I’ve since updated the final five plugins and done another backup and all is fine, so maybe it was just a glitch.

    I have investigated your log file and found that there is no error while taking backup. It seems a glitch after taking backup. Nothing to worry.
