    Hi i tried to upload a backup that i downloaded from googledrive and the following message appears:

    Restore failed…

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    @bcrodua Please stop telling ANYONE to post log data in these forums. After 10 lines or so it doesn’t work. Use pastebin.com and ask them to share the link to the paste.

    @thenew2021 Please do not post large code or responses like that here, it doesn’t work after ~10 lines or so.

    If you need share that data please use https://pastebin.com/ instead and post the link to that paste.

    @jdembowski Happy New Year!

    bcrodua did indeed say to not post the log here, but to instead use Pastebin. His post above is his usual “canned response”, which exactly follows your suggestion (Googling site:wordpress.org "you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here" shows over a 100 times he’s used it before).
