Backup error

    Hi,
    I have the following error when I try to backup my website :
    Backup error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature, task id: wpvivid-5d911f7b6a37d, Please switch to Website Info page to send us the debug information.
    May I send you a mail to support@wpvivid.com with my download of the relevant information (website info and error logs) ?
    Or can I do something before/else ?
