Backup don't start

    Hi there!

    I have a problem with the Backup-Tool. I installed it and build a task. Afters this. The Backup starts every day. But then there is a error warning in the logfile: “FEHLER: FTP-Ordner “fegsicherung” kann nicht erstellt werden!” The Login and password for the FTP-Server are correct. The Backup into a dropbox don’t start. So, can anyone tell me a solution? Or tell me where I have to search the error?
