Can you take a screenshot of where you are seeing O Bytes.

It seems like you are referring the the backup restore tab?
Are you clicking on a the backup and it’s not retrieving it.
Can you check if the backup actually exists either in the wp-content/updraft directory of your site or in your remote storage

Oh, yes. the files are in the cpanel but show 0 bytes backed up. The log is too long to copy as a screen shot, but my developer said it says copy successfully, which it also says in the plugin dashboard backup/restore
when I unchecked copy to server the backup worked, but it’s not an issue of credentials b/c before the backups were in cpanel but empty
