Backup and Restore on same site

I simply don’t get it.

I make a backup on my live server, something goes wrong and I want to restore the backup.

I really don’t see how I go about doing that. All I see are FTP settings etc etc.

Does this plugin allow a simple backup and restore or am I using the wrong plugin?
