Backkup errors – array.zip

Hi,
I am new to this application, and cannot seem to get the database backed up. I get the message Could not create Array.zip. Thanks for any help you can supply.

The version you’re using has known bugs – please update to the latest version and you should be fine. It’s always a good idea to update and re-test before sending bug reports, as you may find they’re fixed already.
