background/body colour (Theme- Mantra)

    I’ve tried reading through previous posts about this, but still struggling, sorry!

    Today I made a child theme and updated Mantra. Unfortunately, the body (if that’s what the bit that contains the main text of my pages is called) has changed from black to white. I somehow managed to change it to black when I first made the website, but now I can’t seem to turn it black again. Can someone help me with which part of my css contains the colour code for that please?
