    Hello,

I have the problem that I can’t get the background image to the right size. It is the correct size when I have it displayed repeatedly. As soon as I turn this off, since the image should only be shown once, it becomes very large. I have also tried adding a wide white border to the image file, but this is ignored.

    Hi @lawofthomsen,

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

That image is a cover image, so it has to occupy the entire space of that section without repeating itself (if this option is disabled). I can see in your screenshots that the Cover block is set to full width, so the section and thus the image has to occupy the entire width of the screen. This means the image will be slightly cropped so it can cover the entire section and unfortunately there is no way to set the cover image to full width, as you currently have it, and display the image without any cropping at the same time. You could try to use the “Align center” or “None” option for the alignment instead of “Full Width” so a bigger part of the image will be displayed and it won’t repeat itself – screenshot.

    Have a nice day!

Thank you very much, I have managed that. But now I have the problem that I created a background image in one of my previous attempts. Unfortunately, I can no longer find the function to turn this off.

    Hi @lawofthomsen!

Please go to Customizer -> Colors & Background -> Background Image and make sure there is no image set there – screenshot. If the background image from those pages is added there, you can click on “Remove” and it should disappear.

    I hope this helps!
