Background of Theme Does Not Change

    Hi,

    i changed the style.css file in my theme folder to :

    body
{
background-image: url(../img/1.png);
background-color: #1078E1;
background-repeat: repeat;
background-position: top center;
}

    i uploaded the picture in the theme folder,in img folder
    Now color of background changes but image does not change.
    what do you suggest to me to solve this problem?
