Background image won't display

    I updated Magazine Basic and now, no matter what I do, I cannot get a background image to show on my web site. It shows in the Dashboard when I make the change, save, and … nothing. If I look in the dashboard the image is there. If I check my web site, no image.

    Any suggestions?
