Background image in header – Avada

Ok… I have tried everything. I have read everything I found on google and Avada..

I am using Avada 3.8.5
I have a large header image. It probably isn’t the best way to accomplish what I wanted but essentially wanted the whole first half of the page to be one background image right under the header bar.

I am pretty stoked with how it looks on desktop. (I’m new at this.)

MOBILE is my issue. On my phone it looks like there is no image but its really showing an area of the background that happens to be uniform sky blue. On iPad it at least shows a slightly larger portion of the image in a horribly digitized way.

The closest I have come to fixing was by using some CSS to tell it to use a different smaller image for mobile. However the image is still too big at 20px x 20px.

I have disabled parallax, responsiveness, downloaded fixes from Avada support, tried every bit of CSS I have come across.

Sorry guys am a noob. Please don’t laugh. Thanks for your help. The nature of the biz is mobile so it’s pretty important to me to get it working ASAP.
