Hello, yes we are using image as background for fullscreen – you can try to edit the image to format 16:10 or 4:3, then it does not crop so drastically.
how would i go about doing this while keep the whole image intact? I have tried to resize the image to a smaller size but I still get the same result.
Your image has portrait format and PC screens are usually landscape format, so we stretch your image to landscape as well. There is no way around it. Changing the image to smaller size does not help – you would need to add black bars on each side to change the image aspect ratio from 3:4 to 4:3 or 16:10.
or you can try our other themes, which supports portrait format for image like Fifty theme: http://cmp.niteothemes.com/?cmp_preview=true&theme=fifty or Apollo theme: http://cmp.niteothemes.com/?cmp_preview=true&theme=apollo. They are not free though.

I did you suggestion of changing the image to make it a landscape image and while the cutoff is not so drastic it still does cut the image off do you have any suggestion I could do to fix this.
