hi.
thx for a great theme
can you help me with the css custum fix to make the backgruond image cover the whole screen.

i found a thread stating that for header and footer ist:
.headerclass, .footerclass {background-size:cover;}

but what do i write for the main background. the body so to speak.

A link with your request would help to know if I am understanding what you mean, but try this:

body {background-size:cover !important;}

else if you are using the contentclass it would be this:

.contentclass {background-size:cover !important;}

unfortunately non of the suggestions works.
i’ve got the site running in beta on a home server on this adresse:
http://109.56.30.184/wordpress

i’d like the background picture to cover the whole page instead of being repeated like is is now.

i’ve thought a little more about it. actually what i think i want, is for the background to be “static” and still to be streatched and cover the whole page. when i scroll the page i only want the “page” to scroll and not the background as i t is “static”.
i hope my explanation makes sence.

I’m not seeing any site on your address above?

When you added your background image in the theme options > advanced settings. Which place did you add it to? contentclass? body?

found out that my firewall is messing it up. sorry.
the background is in body.

found out that i can choose ‘fixed’ i virtue, så that fixed that problem. would still like the background image to adapt to the screen size though.

on the screendump you can see that the image is just repeated in both x and y directions.

Select repeat none and center the image.
Then add this css:
body {background-size:cover !important;}

to the custom css box in the theme options > advanced settings.
