We are using this plugin on the responsive theme for WP. It is part of a network admin site that features other sites that extend off of it.

The plugin has frozen on the backend. It will not import or export sliders, create new sliders, or permit changing of slider settings. The entire functionality of the plugin has ceased.

For instance, when you hit “import” the import window pops up for a few seconds before disappearing and return to the master slider primary page.

Does anyone know how to fix this? We’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin numerous times. This is the ONLY website that has this issue. All other sites using the plugin don’t have an issue.

    Hi,

Thank you for using Master Slider.

I guess there is a conflict between your plugins.
Please deactivate all the installed plugins, then reactivate them one by one. After activating each plugin, check out and see if the issue persists.
I know, it takes time, but in this way you are able to find which plugin was causing the problem.

If the problem persists, you can select the default theme and check out again. It’s possible that your theme is causing an issue.

Please let me know the result.

    Best,
    Averta
