    My backup was still going after several hours, closed the browser to try again and it is still taking ages, longer than the stated 15 mins. This is the first time I’ve used this plug in and also my site hasn’t been backed up in a while, could this be why?

    Sorry you are having trouble with your back up. Please send us logs by submitting a support ticket. I didn’t see one for this email address so wasn’t sure if I had any additional information yet for you.

    All requests may be submitted using the WPBackItUp Support Portal. If you are a customer with an active license then you may login to the portal using your email address and the password you were sent after your purchase. Once logged in you be able to create tickets, check ticket status, upload files and even send additional information. Lite customers will not be able to login but may submit tickets.
