Back Up Folders Locked

    While I automatically upgraded to 2.8, I downloaded the database and files as suggested. I now wish to restore the database backup but the folders are locked (and zipped) and I don’t know how to unlock them. I’ve tried using the MySQL password and all standard passwords without success. Anyone been here before?
