    Hi
    My back to top button working fine on logged in browser, but not showing on other browser. (I’m free theme user)
    Can you advise me the solution? (Not a cache issue, I’ve cleared everything)

    Hi @kzrasel,
    That’s a caching issue for sure.

    Please make sure you clear your caching plugin caches and reset the css/js minified files.
    This should help.

    Yes, It caused by WP-Rocket js minifying.

    Hello @kzrasel

    Sometimes, some caching plugins can do more harm than good when configured incorrectly, especially if they do not support the cutting edge technologies we use in Blocksy.

    We’re not trying to disregard any caching solution out there and try to make Blocksy work great with all of them, but my personal recommendation for optimisation would be W3 Total Cache + Fast Velocity Minify.

    They have been tested thoroughly with Blocksy and work great.
