I think we all human should be born with “Back to Up” button as well 🙂
I am creating this theme again from scratch for better code structure, to better meet with wordpress new standards and get rid of all these bugs. I am almost, and I am in the process of testing the theme, I will release it soon and you guys would not have any of these problems.

p.s BTW I wish I had the knowledge to recognized all those bugs you mentioned. I have to admit that I’m less than novice in these business.
I myself have a rare font problem which is not the theme’s fault.
