• Guys, your plugin is awesome, I love it, and I’m gonna use it anyway. I’m using Pro Version. But for every question to technical support it takes you around 30 hours!!! It happened twice already.
    Last time I sent my question to the support, and I’ve got a response after 30 hours. And that response? I would understand if it was a comprehensive guide that took many hours to write. But the response was just:

    “We will need WordPress login details to check the issue”

    And I got this silly response on Friday Afternoon (LA time), I really hope that the next response will be sooner than Tuesday.

    Again guys, don’t get me wrong, I love the tool, but maybe you can improve your technical support.
    With all WordPress plugins that I use, in every case behind each plugin sits a poor developer that responds to every single question from sometimes annoying users.

    I’m talking about TablePress – just one guy does an amazing job, and you know how many threads on the wordpress forum with questions and problems he has from his users? 12648!!!! twelve thousands… And this guy solves every single problem with every single person, and he responds sooner than 30 hours. WITH HIS FREEE PLUGIN.

    I’m talking about SiteReviews. The guys, after I explained my goal and just asked for the advice -which direction to go, they in 4 hours writed the whole PHP, creating a new shortcode that I needed and that I intended to create by myself, because I wouldn’t have impudence to ask somebody to do that for me. AND THIS PLUGIN IS ALSO FOR FREE

    AND YOU GUYS… WHAT THE HELL. You have over 2 million clients, most of them pay you from $50 to $200 /EVERY YEAR. And you cannot provide technical support that honors time – the most important thing in customer service?
