• We purchased a premium plugin and the layout turned out to be broken for the bought together product. I contacted support and created a temporary login for them, but they did not even bother to have a look, all their support did was tell us to run the plugin updates, which are up-to-date, and clear the cache. Are you kidding me?!

    Also, the premium version does not have the option for design, you have to code it, otherwise, it does not match your website’s design.

    We are sorry for the trouble you are dealing with. Possibly, our developer, who is not an English native speaker, has not expressed himself clearly in the response to you.

    Before leaving, we would like to emphasize that all plugins on your site should be updated to the latest version to make sure the algorithm matched.

    Please double check your site and delete the caches completely from not only your site but also your browser. The custom codes added for the display might not be applied successfully when the caches and temporary files are still saved in your browser.

    You can be sure by checking it in an Incognito or Private tab of any browser. We believe that our developer might say that after checking out your site.
