    Hello!

    Hoping you can help.

I have been unable to activate a welcome email for a client due to the following warning:

“You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails”

How long should I need to wait for this to be activated? It has been several days. I have verified the key numerous times and received an email saying that the account is able to send emails. The message after verifying reads:

    “Your key is valid
    MailPoet Sending Service is active
Your key is not valid for MailPoet Premium”

    Hoping you can please help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Is anyone able to please help? It’s been over a week that I have been waiting for this account to be authorised.

    Hi @exeterwebdesigns,

I can confirm your subscription has been approved already.

If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.

If it doesn’t help, please go to the MailPoet > Settings > Send With… tab and change the sending method temporarily to “Other” and then back to the “MailPoet Sending Service”.

You can also try clearing your browser’s cache.

If you’re referring to the message “Your key is not valid for MailPoet Premium”, please note this is expected as you have only a free sending plan added to your account, and it doesn’t include access to the Premium features and plugin.

Thank you so much for your reply.

If it doesn’t help, please go to the MailPoet > Settings > Send With… tab and change the sending method temporarily to “Other” and then back to the “MailPoet Sending Service”.

This is what sorted the issue for me.

    Thanks again for your help.
