Signed up to premium. Not a single email or support message is answered. They read the emails.
There is no way to cancel the subscription but they also won’t answer any requests to cancel. They’ve been charging me for over 6 months even though I’ve asked not to.
This seems to be an issue with ours as well.
I’ve contacted Freemius (their processor) who have not stopped the charges. This is pure fraud.
If you’re going through this too, call your bank ASAP!
The plugin also breaks the site and I’m forced to deactivate it from the file manager.
