Average Pricing

This may be a strange request, but I am hoping someone here can help or that there is a plugin. We are going to use the software for an internal shop, but we receive multiple shipments of the same items that are different costs, so when a department internally buys something they pay the average cost. Can Woocommerce do an average price for products automatically? Here is the example our purchasing supervisor provided:
If we have 10 pieces (4 were received at a cost of $6.00 and 6 were received at a cost of $5.50) then the average cost would be $5.70
If we receive 8 more at a cost of $4.00 then the average cost would change to $4.94
Then if we sold 3 (would come from the original 4 received) the average cost would change to $4.73
Can anyone offer any suggestions?
