Thanks will do.. but..
The {customer_company_name} doesn’t seem to be working!! I’ve completed the update and added to my emails this tag {customer_company_name} ..And it comes through in the email as {customer_company_name}!?!
Also in the ‘AVAILABLE PLACEHOLDERS’ list I cannot see ‘{customer_company_name}’
Is there something I’m missing??

Hi @dnox the variable you asked is available in our delivered and partial shipped status emails in the email customizer and it’s also on our available variables list.
Are you sure you are trying to add the {customer_company_name to these emails?

Ohh!.. It’s only in the delivered and partial shipped emails!! Ok that was never mentioned. I really need it most of the other emails and not those ones!! Can it be added to the other emails? Is there a reason it’s not in the other emails as it’s really important to us to be able to add the Company name inn our wholesale orders.

Yes, this is not related to our plugin, AST adds the delivered and partially delivered emails for custom statuses you can add in addition to the WooCommerce standard statuses and we provide a way to customize these emails, if you need to edit WooCommerce emails, you should override email templates or use email customizer plugin.
