• I activate autoresponder but my registered users don’t get any mail. I tried both WP mail and SMTP without success. I cannot understand the reason why.
    Any idea?
    Thanks in advance

    I add more information:

    – I tested autoresponder using the test form in the registration settings page: the registrant get many emails related to articles randomly chosen from the site anyway the email is received; on the contrary, if I use the real form, the registrant does’t get any email.

    – The notification email is always correctly received by the recipient specifiied in the notifications section of the registration settings page.

    Can anyone help me?
    Thanks in advance

I give additional information to anyone could help me in solving the problem. My form page is the following one:
    http://test.unitresaronno.it/event/pomeriggio-2/

    The autoresponder is checked too.

That page does not exist so I can’t test anything

I’m sorry! The test page has been accidentaly deleted. You can use the following one:
    http://www.unitresaronno.it/event/20190410/

    The autoresponder is enabled.

    Hi,
I have exactly the same problem; emails are not received by registrants.
    Han

You need to check with your host to see what they are doing with the emails.

If you see then thank you message on the screen it means the autoresponder email was sent. Everything after this belongs to your host – I can’t control what they do with the email.

    Hello Aerin,
The strange thing is that the notifications send to the email address in the “registration setting page” are sent and received.
If the same email address is used by a subscriber to an event, the email to the subscriber is not received. How can I be sure that the email is sent?
    Thanks for your help,
    Han

I installed the “wp mail logging” plug in. In the log file only the email as set in the “registration setting page” is logged. The one to the subscriber to the event is not logged/sent (though the thank you message is displayed).
I have checked all the settings over and over, but can not find the problem that blocks the sending of an email to the registrant.
Any suggestions to pinpoint the problem??
    Han

There was a bug where the MIME duplicated. This has now been fixed but not sure it will block the email being sent as it was more to do with how the message was processed by the email server.

    Here is the update: http://quick-plugins.com/quick-event-manager/qem-update/

Can you send me a link to your event page. My email is mail at quick-plugins.com

I sent you my e-mail address.

I’ve downloaded and tried the new version from http://quick-plugins.com/quick-event-manager/qem-update/
but unfortunately the problem is not solved.
My wp version is 5.2 and I do not know if your plugin is tested with this version.

Aerin helped me in solving the problem in my case: he suggested me to remove the number 1 in the “Maximum number of places per registration” field and leave it blank. Now it is ok for me.
