Just installed your software and very encouraging but for a problem when I check off the Javascript Option.

It appears that I lose all my advertisements that are flash based and Simple Lightbox does not work. Can you assist?

hi Flamenko;
You will probably have to exclude some JS from optimization, have a look at the FAQ to see how to configure AO.
