    I make order confirmation automation. It send email after order. But what stop rule I put? I don’t want it run always. What condition good to stop it?

    Thanks so much for sharing your question – you’re absolutely on the right track with setting up your Order Confirmation automation!

    Just to clarify: the Order Confirmation email automation comes with a default exit condition set to “Order status is Cancelled.” This means your customer will exit the flow after receiving all the messages in the automation — or earlier, if the order gets cancelled.

    If you want to customize the behavior further, you can add up to 5 different exit conditions, each with up to 5 filters.

    Just make sure the exit rule aligns with the goal of your automation. If it’s just for sending the confirmation, the default rule often works perfectly. But if you’re layering in other follow-ups or logic, you might want to tailor the exit accordingly.
