Automating plugin action with a link

Hi there! Apparently, your plugin is exactly what I need 🙂
But I’m a newbie with very very little programming knowledge I have a question 🙂
How can I create a link/button/action (something) in a specific page (where I display data from a short link) so when I click on it, in a new window I’ll have the pdf of the content of my page displayed?
