    Hi there,

    great plugin! 🙂

    I’m currently trying to set up a cron job using the WP Crontrol plugin that would fetch a file from a URL and save it to the uploads folder using your External Media plugin. A second plugin then checks the file and moves it to a different location, i.e. so that an updated file can be imported again. However, I just can’t manage to call the right function in your plugin to successfully execute the cron job. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    @michaelde it seems like you need to use WP API methods for this and not rely on my plugin. External Media plugin does not provide a function that you could use outside.If you have dev experience you could look into code and find what you need, otherwise this discussion can get really long and will be out of support scope.
