Currently we don’t have the feature to adjust the final position of the confirmation scroll.

However a possible workaround for this might be to edit or format the confirmation message text by going to the form builder > Settings > Confirmation. In the text editor, you can add spaces above the text, and add other format options so that the message can be displayed on the frontend. In case it helps, here’s an example.
