Automatically Add Users to Groups

Hello,

First of all, this plugin is great! It’s been a huge help for my site.

I’m trying to get users into specific groups using another plugin called User Groups. I’d like to make it so that when a user signs up using the Membership registration form they’ll be automatically added to an existing group, depending on what they submit. For example, the registration form on my site asks the user to enter their zodiac sign. If a user says that their zodiac sign is Aquarius, then they’d be added to a group called Aquarius.

Can Membership work with User Groups to do this? Or is there some functionality in Membership that can do something similar?
