    Hello, I´m having some issues with plugin.
    I have wp 5.6.2
    woocommerce 5.0.0
    facebook woocommerce 2.3.1 but I try 2.3.0 and I have this issue too.

    When I click marketing >Facebook> Product Sync It starts syncing and never ends:

    Your products are syncing – you may safely leave this page 1 item remaining.

    And I can not change nothing: enable product sync, Exclude categories from sync …
    I had unistall and delete app, uninstall and delete plugin and nothing. First days it worked well, but now it have issues, I do not install plugins since that
    Could you please help me? Thanks in advance

    Hi @musicosprofesionales,

    Could you please check if the issue persists with the Storefront theme activated and all plugins except for WooCommerce and the Facebook for WooCommerce extension deactivated?

    If the issue exists after the conflict test, please share your site’s System Status report to help us understand your setup and help further.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    I had to assign 2G of Memory to PHP-Fpm for the sync to ever get to completion. This is a very hungry little plugin indeed.

    Hello again.
    I had try to do that, all deactivate with storefront theme and I still have this issues.

    Hi @musicosprofesionales

    Could you please increase your WordPress PHP memory limit? Here is the guide to do that.

    As @mitchellk noted above, syncing may require more memory to complete.

    Let me know how it goes.
