Hi,
thanks for your question and sorry for the trouble!
Good to hear that you like the Extension. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to have TablePress automatically delete those columns after each update.
However, there’s a method that will have the same result: Just hide those columns on the “Edit” screen, by selecting their checkboxes at the bottom and the using the “Selected columns: Hide” button. The columns will turn red, indicating that they will be hidden from the visitor.
The auto import will respect this setting, so that the columns will still be hidden, even after the table table is imported periodically.

Tobias
Thanks Tobias! A smart solution, it works well! I have another similair question, maybe you do have a nice solution for this: I want to change the order of the columns but when the periodic table import refresh, I lost my column order to default. Do you have another great solution?
Hi,
good to hear that this helped! 🙂
Yes, I do have a solution for the problem with the column order as well, based on a new TablePress Extension. However, that’s not ready to be used yet, and unfortunately, I don’t have the time to work on this as free support right now.
If you really need this, we could try to work something out with a compensation. If that’s an option for you, please contact me via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”), so that we can discuss details.

Tobias
Hi Tobias! I deleted the first (afterwards unnecessary) column so the order is perfect now. Anyway thanks again for the great plugin!
Hi,
alright! Great to hear that you found a workable solution for your table!
Best wishes,
Tobias
