Hi. Im using w3 Total cache with Varnish cache. I have this issue. I a an automatic newsletter sccheduled every day if there´s new content.
But plugin is not sending the emails. I´m using Sendgrid as ISP and tests and manual emails are sending good. I have this problem only with automatic emails. So i have 2 questions.

    1) If i empty all the cache. Newsletter will be sent?
    2) If i edit the newsletter after i uploaded new content: Newsletter will be sent?

    Thank you

  • It looks like your cache is also caching your wp-cron.php page, thus preventing your newsletter queue from working. Check your cron URL (MailPoet Settings page > Advanced tab > Geeky options link > Enable MailPoet Cron.)

We suggest you to remove that file from your cache to prevent this sort of issue.

Ok i got the problem but not the solution. I set a cron job in my hosting every 5 minutes (and in plugins “send with” tab). When i receive the e-mail i get the correct message “MailPoet´s cron is ready…”. But it don´t activate the newsletter, it ONLY works when i copy and paste the URL in my web browser, in that case e-mails get sent inmediatly. No active firewalls blocking, even i get the right message, but still don´t work. So… Do i have to pay to fix it? Seems like YES.
