Automatic Full site backup does not include database

    Hi – Thanks for a really nice backup plugin. Since last few weeks, my automatic scheduled full site backups do not include database backup (they only show plugins, themes, uploads, and others), I have re-checked the settings and all backup file options are checked, only the following are excluded from backups, :

    upgrade,cache,updraft,backup*,*backups,mysql.sql,debug.log,wp-clone

    When I do a manual full site backup, and select the database checkbox option in the subsequent pop up, the full site backup works correctly. Can you pls guide on this?

    Hi Ambuj,

    Please could you send us a copy of the backup log where the database was not included in the backup? This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi, I have similar issue, where the site is not fully backed up for several day. Last i can see is the time i fully backup manually. I could see some back up are not complete. but all completed backup contains only plugins and themes, No database, uploads and others.

    It is been more than 15days my site is not backing up fully. Could you please help why it is not working.

    Another point, i set retain backup setting as 2 but it is keep building backups and not removing it.
