Automatic expand by id
-
Hi there!
First of all: Thank you for this plugin!
My Problem:
I have this in my page:[expand title="xyz" tag="div" id="wortwerker"] <p>some text</p> <p>...text</p> some more <p>...text...</p> <ul> <li>top 1</li> <li>top 2</li> <li>top 3</li> </ul> </p> [/expand]So, if i call http://…/#wortwerker the page is shown with the target in top – up it do not open the collapsed content.
I’ve checked the example in the documentation, this works fine.
Any setting that I have to do to solve this?
Thanks!

sounds like there is an issue on your page…
can you share a link so we can troubleshoot the issue from the frontend? We took a look and it seems it’s working for links like so:
https://volkerhomann.de/auftragsarbeit/#wortwerker
https://volkerhomann.de/auftragsarbeit/#handwerkerCan you verify that this is working on your end?
Well… I don’t not why – but now it works as expected.
I’ve checked it again -being sure that it worked not- and figured out, that it doesn’t work when I’m on the page with the called id, in this case: https://volkerhomann.de/auftragsarbeit/.
So, for testing this functionality, another page must be the actual!
Thanks!

Ah-ha!
ok, we see what you mean.
We’ll take a look and see if this can be added to the next update.
Stay tuned for a release candidate to test… and thank you kindly for your useful feedback! The next update will capture manual changes to the url hashtags on the same page. You can see a demo of this here:
http://spacedonkey.de/2207/collapse-pro-matic-pesky-hash-bang-urls/#q1
(simply change q1 to q2)A release candidate (version 1.7.9e) is available form GitHub if you would like to test it on your install. Please let us know if you have any additional feedback to share.
