Automatic backups before plugin updates

    UpdraftPlus is a lifesaver. Does the free version automatically create a backup before I update my other plugins, or do I need to do it manually every time? Keep up the amazing work! Cheers for the help.

    Thanks for your kind comments on our plugin!

    The automatic backup before an update is a feature of the Premium plugin version.
    For this reason it is necessary to perform the backup manually with the free plugin.
